Enforcement procedure

The enforcement body will review the legal validity of your application in terms of its content and, in individual cases, order a technical review of the website by the body responsible for monitoring the accessibility of web and application technologies of the state of Brandenburg.
Pursuant to Art. 4(3) of the Brandenburg ordinance on the creation of barrier-free information technology in accordance with the Brandenburg Equal Opportunities for Disabled Persons Act (BbgBITV), the enforcement body is tasked with resolving disputes regarding accessibility in IT between people with disabilities and public bodies in the state of Brandenburg. The enforcement procedure is free of charge. No legal assistance is required.
